Job description

Primary Job Duties:

The key responsibilities will include development and implementation of progressive and effective human resources’ policies and strategies, by providing advice and support in the whole gamut of HR functions.

To act an active role as a change agent in reviewing of leadership practices and organization culture so as to complement the company’s business objectives and strategies.

Secondary Job Duties:
  • To conceptualise and spearhead new HR initiatives as well as development of HR plans and targets in line with business directions.
  • To establish and implement effective HR Policies and Strategies for the objectives of attracting, rewarding and retaining quality talent so as to achieve organizational effectiveness.
  • To develop and ensure that the compensation and benefits schemes are competitive by carrying out regular benchmarking against the industries.
  • To develop, implement and administer performance management systems in relations to the career development and succession planning.
  • To identify and plan with all departments the manpower plan and requirements according to the organizational needs. To establish strategies and processes for recruitment according to requirements.
  • To be responsible for employee relations and communications, and have appropriate schemes to obtain employees’ engagement for the betterment of the organization.
  • To define and formulate training and development policies and programmes for the upgrading of employees’ competencies to the fullest potential of each individual and according to the organisational business strategies.
  • To act as a liaison party in relation to labour activities with the government agencies and related institutions/agencies.
