As a Manager, Human Resources & Finance (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Play a critical dual-role in aligning both people and financial strategies with the Organisation's operational and growth objectives.
Serve as the single point of contact for all HR and Finance matters.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle; strategy development, talent sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and retention planning.
Advise department heads on manpower planning, workforce development and resourcing strategies.
Oversee the performance review process, employee development, engagement strategies, and offboarding.
Plan and execute the annual HR calendar including salary reviews, bonuses, payroll administration, and workforce budgeting.
Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, foster company culture, and coordinate internal events.
Manage corporate partnership programs to support employee benefits and development.
Ensure compliance with all local manpower regulations and government schemes (e.g., MOM, CPF, IRAS initiatives).
Prepare and analyze annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and key financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow).
Monitor working capital and cost controls, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide financial guidance for growth initiatives.
Ensure alignment with accounting principles and statutory financial requirements.
Oversee payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger activities.
Establish and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and systems to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to meet statutory requirements.
Support the Business Office Director in the accurate and timely execution of all financial operations.
Partner with the Operations Director to build a scalable, compliant, and efficient operational framework.
Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, KPI monitoring, and risk mitigation efforts.
Stay updated on changes in HR and finance legislation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
Perform additional duties and cross-functional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
More than 5 years of experiences in HR and Finance.
Proven track record in managing full-spectrum HR and Finance responsibilities.
In-depth understanding of Singapore employment law, financial regulations, grant applications, and statutory submissions.
Strong analytical, budgeting, and decision-making capabilities.
