Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talents. Oversee manpower planning and align recruitment strategies with manpower budget requirements.
- Streamlining HR operational processes for cost efficiency and driving digital transformation initiatives to support the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Oversee the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Involve in developing and implementing initiatives to support career progression, employee engagement, and retention.
- Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns effectively.
- Lead HR System review and the implementation of new HR systems or upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present HR-related reports and analytics to senior management as needed.
- Support the Risk Management Leader and collaborate with the RM team to develop guidelines and organise Workplace Safety & Health events.
- Provide support for cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
- Proficiency in using HR software and payroll systems, with hands-on experience in system implementation projects is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, budgeting, and cost optimisation strategies.
- Analytical mindset, strong problem solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations effectively.
- 3 years contract with the possibility of converting to permanent position.
