We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to develop and execute people strategies that attract, develop, and retain talent to support business needs.

A Day in the Life of an HR Business Partner
  • Performance & Talent Management: Collaborate with Heads of Departments to drive performance and talent development aligned with business goals, including objective setting, performance calibration, and career development.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Build effective relationships with employees and their representatives, fostering a culture of open communication, safety, and equity. Coach others to align with Nestlé’s management principles.
  • HR CoE & CoS Services: Ensure managers and employees understand HR services and can access solutions efficiently.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement workforce strategies supporting staffing objectives.
  • Survey Management: Liaise with survey providers to gather reliable market data.
  • Rewards Strategy & Execution: Manage competitive compensation practices, ensuring equity and tax efficiency, and lead annual reviews and initiatives.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate and monitor HR projects, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field
  • 5-7 years HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner
  • Exposure to CoE processes like Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
  • Experience managing organizational change
  • Experience in a multinational environment with industrial relations exposure is a plus
  • Knowledge of market remuneration practices and competitiveness strategies
  • Experience with job evaluation, compensation management, and survey tools
  • Familiarity with GLOBE SAP HR solutions
  • HR KPI measurement experience
  • Understanding of employment law and labor regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong people management skills
