Job description

a) Oversees the monthly payroll and overtime processing with a high level of accuracy, ensuring employee data integrity and statutory requirements compliance.

b) Review, implement and enforce HR policies in accordance with Singapore employment laws. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

c) Partake in HR risk management, productivity, safety and women empowerment initiatives.

d) Responsible for the performance management exercise, and providing guidance to business leaders, department heads and employees.

e) Maintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand each business and partner closely to deliver business goals.

f) Responsible for disciplinary and grievance handling, and maintain proper documentation for follow-up.

g) Contribute actively towards operations efficiency and data organisation for improved standardization and consistency in applications.

h) Establish a framework for HR database to support accurate reporting and provide insights to support business decision-making.

i) Deliver quality talent acquisition output, review job structure, review salary proposals and ensure timely fulfilment of job openings.

j) Adhere to established quality, environmental protection, health and safety policies and procedures.

k) Authorized to stop work and report any unsafe acts or conditions and ensure compliance with all applicable Health & Safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business-related field. Candidates with professional HR certification will have a distinct advantage.

2. At least 6 years of HR generalist and operational management responsibilities in a manufacturing environment is preferred, and with at least 3 years of managerial experience leading a team of HR executives.

3. An individual with strong ethics to maintain confidentiality and manage employee data with discretion.

4. Excellent work experience and in-depth knowledge in HR operations management.

5. Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and regulations are of paramount importance.

6. Mature and hands-on person who is proactive, driven with positive working and learning attitude.
