We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR professional to lead a Group Shared Services team in delivering efficient, consistent, and compliant HR operational support across multiple business units. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the execution of post-onboarding employee lifecycle processes and driving system and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Oversee end-to-end administration of employee lifecycle processes post-onboarding
Ensure service delivery standards are met in alignment with defined SLAs and KPIs.
Lead and develop a team of HR officers and executives.
Build team capabilities in managing routine operations and resolving complex cases.
Foster a high-performance culture that prioritises service quality and responsiveness.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with internal policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate and updated documentation for all HR operational processes.
Conduct regular process reviews and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Identify and lead initiatives to streamline HR workflows and improve turnaround times.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement technology-enabled solutions, including HR systems and automation tools (e.g., RPA, MS Power Automate).
Champion innovation and operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution.
Partner with cross-functional HR teams to ensure alignment of shared services with overall HR strategy.
Address escalated queries or concerns with a solutions-focused and professional approach.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR operations. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team within a shared services or centralised HR environment.
Working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and automation tools.
Experience with technology implementation projects, especially involving RPA or MS Power Automate, is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail.Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
