About

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR professional to lead a Group Shared Services team in delivering efficient, consistent, and compliant HR operational support across multiple business units. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the execution of post-onboarding employee lifecycle processes and driving system and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end administration of employee lifecycle processes post-onboarding

  • Ensure service delivery standards are met in alignment with defined SLAs and KPIs.

  • Lead and develop a team of HR officers and executives.

  • Build team capabilities in managing routine operations and resolving complex cases.

  • Foster a high-performance culture that prioritises service quality and responsiveness.

  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with internal policies and statutory regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation for all HR operational processes.

  • Conduct regular process reviews and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

  • Identify and lead initiatives to streamline HR workflows and improve turnaround times.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement technology-enabled solutions, including HR systems and automation tools (e.g., RPA, MS Power Automate).

  • Champion innovation and operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution.

  • Partner with cross-functional HR teams to ensure alignment of shared services with overall HR strategy.

  • Address escalated queries or concerns with a solutions-focused and professional approach.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR operations. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team within a shared services or centralised HR environment.

  • Working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and automation tools.

  • Experience with technology implementation projects, especially involving RPA or MS Power Automate, is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail.Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
