Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Be the trusted HR consultant, offering strategic advice and implementing value-driven HR strategies.

  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and all aspects of performance management and recruitment.

  • Collaboration & Growth: Work with key stakeholders to plan, implement, and improve HR programs and processes, ensuring the growth and success of the organization.

  • Compliance & Best Practices: Partner with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements, such as licensing and accreditation.

  • Employee Engagement: Drive efforts to boost employee engagement, providing recommendations and supporting new initiatives.

  • Project Leadership: Lead or actively contribute to exciting HR projects, events, and committees.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong understanding of the Employment Act and Labour Laws.
