Role Overview

HR Business Partner for Operations function for Goa Unit. Responsible for Employee Life Cycle and talent management across Manufacturing, Packing, Engineering, Warehousing, and other enabling functions.

Overall Job Responsibilities
  1. Business Partnering: Strategically align structure and people matters to facilitate business outcomes.
  2. Manpower Budgeting: Collaborate with business to identify and optimize manpower requirements.
  3. Manpower Sourcing & Recruitment: Ensure optimal staffing through industry mapping and other sources. Implement talent attraction initiatives like employer branding and academic connect.
  4. Budgetary Control: Manage manpower, overtime, recruitment, and relocation costs to optimize budget utilization.
  5. Performance Management: Drive and ensure effective implementation of the performance appraisal system (STRIVE) and foster a high-performance culture.
  6. Capability Building: Promote learning culture and coordinate corporate capability programs.
  7. Data Analytics: Generate and utilize data/MIS for decision-making.
  8. Employee Engagement & Involvement: Design and implement engagement initiatives; maintain high employee connect.
  9. Policy Administration: Implement HR policies and procedures to maximize employee welfare.
  10. cGMP Compliance: Ensure facility cleanliness, proper procedures, and conduct internal audits for compliance.
  11. Employee Relations: Promote harmonious relations and create a facilitative work environment.
Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications: Masters/Post-graduate Diploma in HR/MSW

Experience: 8-12 years relevant experience
