Job summary

Job description

What the role is:

You analyse and design the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN)’s Human Resource (HR) processes/systems, as well as execute change management plans to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of enhanced business processes/systems.

What you will be working on:

- Design and enhance HR processes and systems- Lead change management initiatives- Oversee Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots development with NSF Tech Team- Conduct independent HR audits and work with business process owners to resolve discrepancies to ensure a healthy state of governance and compliance of HR processes/systems- Support multi-year HR Digital Transformation and contribute to Next-Generation E-HR platform- Drive process automation improvementsChallenge(s)- Communicating value of redesign efforts to minimise resistance- Balancing multiple stakeholders' demands- Building relationships across different agencies- Managing complex transformation initiatives- Integrating HR requirements into digital platforms

What we are looking for:

- Education in Computer Science and Data Analytics is preferred- Experience in HR or analytics is advantageous- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Qliksense)- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
