The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations. The role requires fluency in both Mandarin and English to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR matters on various teams.

  • Lead performance management and talent development strategies.
  • Develop and implement learning programs for employee development.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate learning records.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to provide HR advisory, drive training & development initiatives, and manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for front office, middle and back-office teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technology etc) on HR matters.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and provide relevant HR solutions.

  • Lead and elevate our performance management and talent development strategies to unlock the full potential of our people and drive a high-performance culture.

  • Develop and implement learning programs (internal and external) that support employee development and compliance needs.

  • Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate records of learning activities.

  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives.

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, HRIS updates, and employee documentation.

  • Assist in reviewing and implementing other HR policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

  • Ensure HR practices are in line with Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
