EGH’s vision is to be a hospital for the community and a great workplace for staff. It seeks to do so by harnessing innovative technologies in patient care, journeying closely with patients and the community to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives, and being an employer of choice that empowers staff in their careers.

You will actively implement digital recruitment marketing initiatives, manage talent outreach programmes, and explore innovative ways to enhance the candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency. Additionally, you will support EGH’s long-term workforce sustainability efforts, working closely with educational institutions, government agencies, and professional bodies to promote careers in healthcare. You will also play a vital role in ensuring compliance with employment regulations, maintaining best practice in recruitment operations, and identifying process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

The role will give you the opportunity to be part of EGH’s exciting development milestones, shaping the future workforce of a next-generation healthcare institution.
