Qualifications

• Expérience en administration des ressources humaines désirée.
• Compétences fortes en systèmes SAP et d'information RH.

• Superviser les opérations RH quotidiennes et assurer l'exécution efficace des fonctions administratives.
• Fournir mentorat et formation aux employés.
• Examiner les processus de travail et maintenir la connaissance et la compétence RH.

Job description

What the role is:

You manage and supervise the day-to-day operations by proactively providing efficient and effective Human Resource Administration services to tenant units in the Army camps.

What you will be working on:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of administration functions- Provide mentorship, coaching and identify relevant training courses to upskill staff and NSFs- Review work processes to be in sync with prevailing rules- Maintain HR competency and knowledge management- Incorporate innovative thinking to improve work processes and services- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)Challenge(s)- Keeping processes aligned with evolving HR directives- Ensuring team competency and knowledge management

What we are looking for:

- Experience in HR administration is preferred- Strong competency in SAP and HR Information systems- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
