Manager, HR Group Shared Services
Job Responsibilities
You will lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to all NUHS institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The scope of HR operational support covers the employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services that include probation confirmation, employee transfer, redesignation, conversion of employment contract terms, retirement and re-employment. You will also be responsible for driving HR system enhancement and projects that leverage on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
You will manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team. You ensure that the work processes are carried out in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, and the documentation of these work processes are in place and kept up-to-date. You are also responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and process streamlining.
As a key HR shared service partner, you will be required to actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from the NUHS HR community. You may be appointed as a key point of liaison for the assigned NUHS institution on matters relating to service delivery and implementation.
