Job summary

A government agency in Singapore is looking for a professional to support HR digital transformation by driving business process re-engineering efforts. The ideal candidate should have a background in Human Resources, be skilled in communication, and possess critical thinking capabilities. What The Role Is

You support MINDEF/SAF's HR digital transformation (HRDT) by driving business process re-engineering (BPR) efforts and optimising HR service delivery through the next generation enterprise HR system (NGEHR).

What You Will Be Working On

  • Drive HR process re-engineering initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) adoption
  • Lead assessment of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions
  • Partner with HR stakeholders
  • Integrate policy changes with digital solutions
  • Guide change management efforts


Challenge(s)

  • Harmonising multiple digital solutions and policy requirements
  • Managing change resistance from established HR practitioners
  • Implementing multi-year transformation projects


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Human Resource
  • At least 2 years of work experience is preferred
  • Good understanding, knowledge and interest in Human Resource and latest technology development in the government and commercial sectors
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of e-HR systems is advantageous
