We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the Crisis Planning & Operations role. In this role, you will provide the overall operational management direction and leadership for the Crisis Planning & Operations department. You will be responsible for designing and implementing crisis preparedness strategies, emergency response frameworks, and business continuity plans. The scope includes Civil Emergencies, National Emergencies, Disease Outbreaks, Fire Safety and Emergency Evacuations, VVIP and Field Medical Team deployment. Once the hospital opens, you will continue to oversee the ongoing readiness and resilience of the organisation, including the management of incidents and reporting, reporting to MOH and other government agencies on KPIs and budgeting.
You will be required to lead risk assessments, tabletop exercises, and simulation drills to ensure readiness. You will engage and coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and emergency services and support the operational readiness, activation and transition (ORAT) plan of the hospital. Your scope will also include monitoring evolving risks and advise leadership on preparedness measures and ensure compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements.
