Job summary

A leading healthcare firm seeks a Project Manager to oversee healthcare initiatives. Job description

Responsibilities

Work with the Healthcare team to manage healthcare project and initiatives including but not limited to the following:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders, IT team and other stakeholders to understand the project requirements.
  • Support the rollout of the project and healthcare systems by collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Support the user requirements, development, implementation and integration of healthcare mobile application and other initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT team to draft and generate policy relating to the system rollout.
  • Coordinate the execution of the projects, ensuring adherence to the timelines and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and highlight project status and potential challenges.
  • Support new healthcare strategic partnership where appropriate.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Biomedical, Information Technology or relevant discipline
  • 5 years of relevant experience in business development or partnership roles within eldercare/nursing homes/hospital and healthcare industries preferred.
  • Experienced in project management, leading stakeholder engagements and/or delivery of projects/implementations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders as well as an effective team player.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
