Job summary

PERENNIAL HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a physiotherapist or occupational therapist to drive clinical and technology initiatives within Group Healthcare. The role coordinates with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and facilitate implementation.

The successful candidate will support rehabilitation SOPs and digitalisation plans, draft presentation materials for tenders, and lead research projects from design through completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
• At least 5 years of relevant allied health experience in public healthcare.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagements.
• Ability to draft research proposals or presentations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English; Chinese communication helpful when required.

Job description

Work with Group Healthcare and the Healthcare team to manage clinical and technology initiatives including but not limited to the following:

Support the Group's healthcare clinical (particularly Rehabilitation-focused) and non-clinical projects by working with internal and external stakeholders, IT team and external partners and vendors to understand the project requirements and facilitate implementation

Plan and oversee internal and collaboration research projects from design, implementation to completion

Support clinicians to develop rehabilitation-focused SOPs and digitalisation workplan, and work with healthcare team to develop presentation materials to support tender projects

Work closely with various teams to draft SOPS to support projects' execution and rollout, to ensure adherence to timelines and standards

Monitor project progress and highlight project status and potential challenges

Support new healthcare strategic partnership where appropriate

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as an allied health staff in public healthcare, participated in population health supporting research, partnerships, and innovation
• Experienced in project management, leading stakeholder engagements and/or drafting of research proposals or presentations
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders as well as an effective team player.
• Strong interest in technology and digitalisation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and comfortable with Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders where required
