The role of Grants Manager is crucial in overseeing the implementation and management of corporate grants across various stakeholders. As a Grants Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with donors, ensuring efficient operation of grant programs, and streamlining grant administration.Your responsibilities will include developing annual implementation plans, conducting field-based monitoring of projects, collaborating with project implementation teams, collecting data, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring that corporate partners are informed about the impact of their community investments. Additionally, you will be involved in developing proposals for partnerships, enhancing program impact, managing project timelines, problem-solving, and tracking project milestones.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience, preferably in social sciences. You should be passionate about program implementation, proficient in spoken and written English, and possess basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and presentations.
