Reporting to the Principal Investigator of the IMPROVE-COG Programme under the Healthy Ageing Programme at Alexandra Hospital, you will play a key role in delivering a nationally funded research initiative focused on improving cognitive health in older adults through integrated, person-centred care.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of ageing research, digital innovation, and community health. You will collaborate with data scientists, clinical researchers, the Group Chief Technology Office, Data Analytics and Health Services Research teams, and community-based partners to design, implement, and evaluate a digital coaching and care model tailored to the needs of older adults in Singapore.

As Programme Manager, you will support the full spectrum of programme activities—from stakeholder coordination and site implementation to data management and research operations—ensuring alignment across clinical, technological, and community domains to enable high-impact, real-world outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Programme Management and Grant Oversight

  • Assist the PI in tracking grant milestones, reporting deliverables, and managing workplans across partner institutions.
  • Coordinate grant submissions, including ethics approvals, progress reports, and budget reconciliations.
  • Ensure alignment with funder requirements and internal governance frameworks.
  • Regular reports and grant claims to PI and study team.

2. Stakeholder and Partnership Coordination

  • Serve as the central liaison across clinical sites, research collaborators, the Group Chief Technology Office, and community stakeholders.
  • Coordinate joint workstreams with the Health Services Research and Data Analytics teams, facilitating the integration of health data and digital tools.
  • Support focus groups, community consultations, and co-development workshops with older adult participants and caregivers.

3. Operational and Site Implementation

  • Oversee the day-to-day logistics of programme rollout, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and site support.
  • Help develop and implement standard operating procedures and workflows for site-level execution.
  • Provide support for training, protocol dissemination, and documentation across sites.

4. Data and Digital System Support

• Work with the data analytics team and GCTO to support extraction, linkage, and secure handling of clinical, behavioural, and population health data.

• Track key indicators and generate reports for continuous monitoring and quality improvement.

• Assist in user-testing of digital health tools (e.g., the Brain Care Tool and AI-powered health coach).

Requirements

*Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. Candidates with backgrounds in Public Health, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

*Experience:*

• Strong interest in public health, ageing, or digital innovation.

• Experience in research, healthcare operations, project coordination, business operations, or program management is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Familiarity with data systems, implementation science, health tech, or business process management is advantageous.

*Skills & Attributes:*

• Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence to engage a variety of stakeholders.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively across disciplines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with REDCap, SPSS, R, Tableau, or project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana,Trello)aplus.
