Job description

Manager for Clinic and Ambulatory Surgical Centre, Registered Nurse - Performance Based Bonus, Medical Insurance Benefits and Work Life Balance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing

Manager experience

• Registration with Singapore Nursing Board.

• Valid practising license, BCLS and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointment, surgery booking, financial counselling, pre-operation tests, post-surgery patient management.

• Support and assist the Specialist during clinic consultation and surgery.

• Training if required to perform scrubbing, circulating, assistant to the surgeon and anaesthetist during surgery.

• Monitor patients during surgery and post-surgery to reduce risk and injuries to patients.

• Competent in assisting patient resuscitation and compliance to intraoperative infection control practices.

• Perform checks on emergency trolley, defibrillator and anaesthesia machine to ensure critical equipment are in good functioning condition.

• Manage the use of controlled drugs and do drug count.

• Assist in procedures competently (e.g. venepuncture, cannnulation, wound dressing, etc.).

• Sterilisation of instruments

• Attend to patients' feedback.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Doctor

Rewards

Location: Camden Medical Centre, Orchard Boulevard, Thomson East Coast Line MRT Station.

Salary will be appropriately awarded at different levels according to work experience

Competitive monthly remuneration based on individual skills and experience. Additional Wage Supplement (AWS), yearly performance bonus, Medical Health Insurance Benefits.

Work Life Balance:

5.5 days work week Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm alternate Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
