Collaborating with finance users, IT, Product, and various business units, you will drive innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to articulate expert insights to stakeholders. Autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and the capability to navigate complexities are essential for success in this role.Key responsibilities include developing and testing finance tech solutions, assessing the effects of upstream changes on finance systems, facilitating communication to resolve software/tech problems, and expanding knowledge of account receivables within the travel domain. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a professional accounting qualification. Proficiency in stakeholder management, presentation skills, basic SQL, numerical and analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail are also required.Preferred qualifications include experience in finance cross-functions, familiarity with local/US GAAP, project management using Agile/SDLC methodologies, data analytics, Oracle fusion ERP, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.Agoda is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity and inclusion.
