Responsibilities
  • Lead regional ESG reporting, including aligning reporting requirements, standardizing processes, cross-functional collaboration, ensuring completeness, forecasting, budgeting, and Crest quality reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Regional ESG lead to promote the commercialization of GoGreen Plus products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for ESG, conduct trainings, and communicate ESG developments to stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Loss Performing Marginal Contracts (LPMC), including automation of reports as needed.
  • Support regional Real Estate Solutions (RES) management reporting and oversee the management of local statutory books for RES deals.
  • Communicate with and train countries as necessary.
  • Assist in coordinating the CFO's BRM deck and provide ad-hoc support as needed.
  • Support finance and operations projects as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sustainability, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A activities and/or system intelligence scope.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Macros), SmartView, PowerBI preferred.
  • Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Independent, self-driven, resourceful, and proactive.
