Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the organization; control its financial resources and ensure all transactions, systems, and procedures comply with regulations and standards.
2. Develop an understanding of operations to provide value-added financial analyses to the Leadership Team and support decision-making.
3. Contribute to management by supporting scenario-based cost/benefit analyses to drive business performance.
4. Manage the preparation and distribution of management reports, including consolidated results, EBITDA, cash flow statements, G&A, and ROI reporting.
5. Lead and support finance processes such as budgeting, long-range planning, quarterly management decks, and monthly forecasts.
6. Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis of key accounts.
7. Assist in internal and external financial reporting activities with organizational and analytical skills.
8. Develop a good understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support the function and provide advice.
9. Research and resolve accounting issues, including evaluating new reporting standards and updating policies.

To succeed, candidates should have:

• A degree in a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to relocate to the job location.
