About the Company:

PRASK & Associates, a fast-growing Chartered Accountant firm establishing its presence in Dwarka, Delhi.

About the Role:

The Manager - FAS will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of books of clients, finalising their monthly MIS, quarterly results, and the preparation of annual financial statements. Further, he/she shall ensure statutory compliance for each client is completed on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and experience in the preparation and presentation of MIS, financials, and statutory compliances.

  • Corporate Tax Compliance & Trust Law Compliance
  • ROC Filings and Annual Returns
  • Tax Audits & Financial Analysis
  • Audit Preparation & Statutory Compliance
  • TDS Return Filings and End-to-end TDS compliance
  • GST Filings & Advisory
  • Team Management & Client Coordination
Qualifications:
  • Semi-qualified CA or Commerce Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 4-5 members
Additional Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in ledger scrutiny, financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, accounting principles, audits, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and familiarity with ERP systems like Tally, Busy, Zoho, etc. Strong analytical, data analysis, and presentation skills are essential. Knowledge of indirect tax, transfer pricing, and financial data analysis is also desirable.
