Manager, Finance - Fixed Assets Management

The responsibilities of the role include preparing the fixed assets register of a company, conducting physical verification and reconciliation against the register, addressing discrepancies, proposing corrective actions, implementing a tagging system for easy identification and tracking, preparing reports on variations between the register and physical assets, leading a team for fixed assets management, providing guidance, training, and support to team members for skill enhancement, fostering a collaborative work environment, managing the team, and assisting team members.Requirements for this position include being a B.Com graduate, with a preference for relevant field experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to handle stressful situations, willingness to work in a 24x7 environment and beyond regular hours during peak seasons, strong teamwork skills for a distributed delivery environment, mandatory travel as part of job responsibilities, and prior experience in fixed assets verification and tagging would be advantageous.The job is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as paid sick time and time off. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. Additionally, there is a performance bonus. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, and the required minimum work experience is 1 year. The role requires a willingness to travel, with 75% travel preferred. The work location is in person.,
