Job Description

You will be part of our Finance team in CapitaLand Ascott Trust Management Limited (CLASML) and report to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CLASML.

Responsibilities

· Provide timely and adequate support to clusters on interested party transactions (“IPT”)

· Provide business support to the Business Development team

· Handle risk management and ensure compliance with Group's Enterprise Risk Management

· Management of foreign exchange exposure

· Ensure monthly sub-group consolidated accounts are properly reported

· Ensure compliance of Group Accounting Policies, Group Reporting Guidelines and Codes

· Definitions as well as evaluating new accounting standards and exposure drafts

· Ensure forecast and budget submitted by the various cluster Finance are realistic

· Perform analysis and explain variances between actual vs budget vs forecast

Qualifications

· A good Degree in Accountancy and /or professional qualifications (ACCA or CPA Singapore) in Accounting

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure in Hospitality and/or fund management

· Excellent organizational skills, coupled with strong analytical and reasoning skills

· High level of integrity, strong personal drive and resourcefulness

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Experience with Oracle and IBM Cognos Controller will be an added advantage
