Job Description

You will be part of our Finance team supporting CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CLARML.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare monthly analysis, review, and interpret the financials of the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries.
  2. Prepare quarterly and half-yearly financial reports and board papers for the listed entity.
  3. Build partnerships and strong relationships with business teams, providing support and advisory in investment and divestment activities.
  4. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  5. Work with external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing processes.
  6. Assist in compliance reporting matters.
  7. Oversee statutory filings and surveys to statutory bodies.
  8. Collaborate with country teams to ensure financial operations align with group financial and reporting guidelines and regulations.
  9. Perform any other functions as assigned.
Requirements
  1. A Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in Finance.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the real estate sector and/or fund management.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. Good team player with strong communication skills (both written and oral).
  5. Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
  6. Natural curiosity and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
  7. Possess maturity, strategic thinking abilities, interpersonal skills, and enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
