Job summary

NTUC First Campus is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee Group Financial Reporting and Consolidation across the NTUC First Campus group. You will ensure timely monthly management reporting, statutory reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, while strengthening governance and compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 6 years of related accounting and finance experience, preferably in a group reporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports for the Group.
• Review subsidiaries' submissions for accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Assess reasonableness of forecasts and budgets with variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly Board financial presentation materials and support reporting to head office/stakeholders.
• Coordinate external audits, statutory reporting and governance compliance across the Group.
• Support implementation and enhancement of Group consolidation/reporting systems.
• Drive process improvements to reporting efficiency and controls.
• Perform ad hoc financial tasks as required by management.

Key Responsibilities

Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and group consolidation across the NTUC First Campus group of companies. The role ensures the accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reporting, statutory reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, while supporting overall financial governance and reporting compliance across the organisation.

Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation

• Oversee/Prepare the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports for the Group
• Review financial submissions from subsidiaries and business units to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with reporting requirements
• Assess and review the overall reasonableness of subsidiaries' forecasts and budget submissions, including analysis of key variances and trends

Board & Management Reporting

• Prepare quarterly Board financial presentation materials and support reporting requirements to head office and key stakeholders
• Liaise with business units and finance stakeholders to ensure timely submission of financial information and reporting deliverables

Audit, Compliance & Governance

• Coordinate and support external audit processes, statutory reporting requirements and compliance matters across the Group
• Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards, internal controls and governance requirements

Systems, Process Improvement & Projects

• Support the implementation and enhancement of Group consolidation and reporting systems, including process improvements and standardisation initiatives
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes, controls and reporting efficiency
• Support finance transformation initiatives and other strategic finance projects where required

Other Responsibilities

• Perform any other ad hoc duties and assignments as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred

Experience

• At least 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in a group reporting environment
• Experience in group consolidation and handling multi-entity financial reporting preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, statutory requirements and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with external auditors and managing audit processes would be advantageous
