Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Facility Management.
  • Valid Fire Safety Manager certification required.
  • Preferably certified as Fire Safety Manager, Green Mark Manager, or Workplace Safety and Health Manager.

Responsibilities

Job description

SACH Facilities

  • To provide support and assistance to the Head of Group Facilities.
  • Manage daily operations for building, M&E, cleaning, security, pest control and landscaping.
  • Manage daily operations of reception / triage, visitor's registration and compliance.
  • Manage daily operations of Bio-Medical Engineering.
  • Manage daily operations of Administration Dept and admin support for the hospital.
  • Manage BME team and oversee the daily operations of bio-medical equipment maintenance.
  • Fire Safety Manager - fire drill, staff training and compliance within the hospital.
  • Lead for SACH emergency response (fire, haze and terrorism).
  • Manage all adhoc building & facilities projects within the hospital.
  • Manage alt Capex projects works including tender calling and contract award.
  • Providing support and assistance to Senior Care Centers' renovations, maintenance and facilities issues.
  • Providing support and assistance to SAMWMC team for maintenance and facilities issues.

Group Facilities

  • Manage daily operations for building, M&E, cleaning, security and pest control for SAC Tanjong Pagar.
  • Manage 14 Tenants in SAC Tanjong Pagar including lease renewal negotiations and lease documentation with agent, lawyer and authorities.
  • Oversee all tenants' office renovation and compliance in SAC Tanjong Pagar.
  • Actively market empty units in SAC Tanjong Pagar.
  • Lease renewal for all SAMH / SACS properties with SLA / HDB / MOH / MSF.
  • Project management for assigned properties' renovation works including calling tender & award for consultants and contractors.
  • Lead for Group Tender for all SAMH and SACS properties. E.g. appointment of Electricity Retailer
  • Lead for Group Tender for Fire Protection, ACMV, Card Access, CCTV, PA and Pest Control.
  • Assisting SAMH / SACS properties on facilities and maintenance issues.

Adhoc Work outside of Facilities

  • National Day and Christmas Decoration in SACH.
  • Adhoc works as assigned by Group CEO, CEO and COO.

Qualification

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Facility Management.
  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Facilities/Building Management/Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Must have valid Fire Safety Manager certification
  • Preferably with valid certifications as a Fire Safety Manager, Green Mark Manager,or Workplace Safety and Health Manager.
  • Demonstrates independence, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in a proactive and flexible manner.
  • Collaborates effectively with colleagues, exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiently presents and articulates ideas to management, translates feedback into actionable tasks, and promptly follows up for closure.
  • Exhibits independence in functioning within a fast-paced work environment.
