SACH Facilities
- Provide support and assistance to the Head of Group Facilities.
- Manage daily operations of building maintenance, M&E, cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping.
- Oversee daily operations of reception/triage, visitor registration, and compliance.
- Manage daily operations of Bio-Medical Engineering and oversee the maintenance of biomedical equipment.
- Coordinate with the Administration Department and provide administrative support for the hospital.
- Lead the BME team and supervise bio-medical equipment maintenance activities.
- Act as Fire Safety Manager, conducting fire drills, staff training, and ensuring compliance within the hospital.
- Lead the SACH emergency response team for incidents like fire, haze, and terrorism.
- Handle all ad hoc building and facilities projects within the hospital.
- Manage alternative Capex projects, including tender processes and contract awards.
- Support renovations, maintenance, and facilities issues at Senior Care Centers and SAMWMC.
Group Facilities
- Manage daily operations of building maintenance, M&E, cleaning, security, and pest control at SAC Tanjong Pagar.
- Oversee lease negotiations, renewal, and documentation with tenants and relevant authorities.
- Supervise tenant office renovations and ensure compliance.
- Market vacant units at SAC Tanjong Pagar.
- Coordinate lease renewals for SAMH / SACS properties with SLA, HDB, MOH, and MSF.
- Manage renovation projects for properties, including tendering and contractor selection.
- Lead group tenders for utilities and services such as electricity, fire protection, ACMV, access control, CCTV, PA, and pest control.
- Assist with facilities and maintenance issues across SAMH / SACS properties.
Adhoc Work outside of Facilities
- Coordinate National Day and Christmas decorations at SACH.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Group CEO, CEO, and COO.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in Facility Management.
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities/Building Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Fire Safety Manager certification is required.
- Preferably hold additional certifications such as Green Mark Manager or Workplace Safety and Health Manager.
- Demonstrate independence, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing proactively and flexibly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and follow up effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
