Responsibilities

• Deliver facilities operation and engineering services to enable manufacturing operations.
• Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace facilities mechanical components and systems (HVAC, electrical, energy, water and wastewater).
• Hire and oversee outside contractors (electricians, maintenance workers, roofers, etc.).
• Maintain and secure facilities equipment assets.
• Develop and implement capital improvement projects, including construction, renovation, and bidding.
• Inspect work in progress and advise on plans, specs and costs.
• Perform safety-related activities and support EHS& Security requirements.
• Collaborate on other projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facilities operation and engineering services, building/office space management services, and facilities equipment asset maintenance management to enable manufacturing operations.
• Operate, monitor and maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace facilities mechanical components and systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), chemical, energy, ultra‑water and wastewater treatment.
• Hire and oversee outside contractors such as electricians, elevator repairmen, grounds maintenance workers, painters, plumbers, and roofers.
• Maintain and secure facilities equipment assets.
• Develop and implement capital improvement projects, including construction, remodeling, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and facilities, and perform preliminary concept development, detailed engineering design and bidding.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work in progress and advise construction supervisors and contractors on plans and specifications.
• Inspect existing facilities and prepare reports on condition, deficiencies observed, necessary repairs and estimated costs.
• Perform all activities safely and responsibly, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
