Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking an Equipment Associate Engineer to perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor fabrication equipment during 12-hour rotating shifts, assisting the Equipment Engineer to uphold equipment readiness and uptime.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics or Microelectronics, are team players, self-motivated, and able to work overtime while following strict safety practices and supporting tool maintenance and project

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Provide maintenance and tool support to ensure equipment readiness and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment, drive improvement plans and projects.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts; ensure safe handling of tools and equipment.
• Work collaboratively on projects and assignments, following EHS & security requirements.

Introduction

Equipment Associate Engineer to perform 12-hrs rotating shift to carry out Preventive Maintenance & assist Equipment Engineer to upkeep the Equipment.

Your Job

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade of equipment ensuring minimize downtime.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts.
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
• Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipment and other properties.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
