You will be supporting the Deputy Dean and College Management to lead the School's overall External Relations stakeholders engagement strategies and initiatives.
You will be driving engagement activities to increase the visibility of the College, as the nexus for innovation, research and business education, both locally and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
External relations engagement and partnership development: promoting and elevating the awareness of the College.
Events management and operations: developing and implementing comprehensive event planning for partner events and collaborative initiatives within the industry.
Managing the College's external relations budget, which includes budget planning and accounts management.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess the success of each event; prepare relevant reports for management where applicable.
Support to leadership and strategy development: lead consultation with the College Management to strategize, strengthen, and establish industry partnerships and engagements.
Support College management in building relationships with local, regional, and international partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree from a recognized university.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience in events management and partnership engagement.
Able to connect with people at all levels, establishing and maintaining a network of relationships and partnerships.
Proficient in IT, experienced in managing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events; and engaging online communities.
Resourceful and driven, with the ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
