A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an engineering leader to mentor a team of engineers and coordinate product development. Candidates should have a background in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the oil and gas industry. The position requires technical expertise coupled with strong people skills, aiming to foster engineering best practices and successful product introductions.
Job Scope:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Implement best practices for engineering processes.
Coordinate with R&D team on product development and testing.
Lead new product introduction and technology transfer.
Collaborate with other departments to meet business goals.
Job requirement:
Preferably 3 years of experience with experience in an engineering leadership role.
Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, material science, or manufacturing.
Experience in the oil and gas industry, in particular drilling and well completion, preferred.
Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material, or Manufacturing)
