Qualifications

Job Description

• Carry out defects management / rectification, testing and commissioning with relevant stakeholders and contractors;
• To review and plan the maintenance and operation of the M&E systems, building services. To ensure all equipment and services are operated and maintained in accordance to requirements and specifications;
• Prepare annual budgets for operating expenditures and capital expenditures for improvement works;
• Supervise and manage engineering term contractors (ACMV, Electrical, ELVS, P&S, Lifts, Escalators, BMUs). To ensure that all term contractors deliver the contractual level of service standard;
• Prepare tender exercise for renewal of term contracts, improvement and major repair works;
• Implement and manage energy, water efficiency and relevant sustainability measures;
• Supervise the engineering executive and a group of senior technicians and technicians;
• Provide technical inputs to Leasing and FM Manager on tenants fit-out works and operation requirements;
• Attend to requests / feedback from tenants, customers;
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years (degree holder) or 8 years (diploma holder) of building management, maintenance and operation of M&E systems and equipment work experience in the real estate or related industries and with at least 5 years of supervisory experience;
• Familiar with the building industry and maintenance standards such as the Singapore code of practices, Singapore Standards, Green Mark requirements;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; &
• Related work experience in similar Grade A or high-end developments will be advantageous.
