Job summary

Certis is seeking a marketing/communications professional to lead internal communications across markets. You will craft engaging written content for a B2B audience, manage multiple digital channels, and drive initiatives that reinforce our corporate culture.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and a collaborative, self-directed mindset in a dynamic security industry.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, or related discipline with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional writing skills, with a talent to create engaging written content suitable for a B2B audience.
• Digitally-savvy and currency in latest digital trends.
• Possesses creative spirit with an eye for detail.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language will be a bonus.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented and collaborative team player who knows what is needed to deliver results and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal communications strategies to promote transparency, engagement, and corporate culture across markets.
• Serve as primary liaison for employee communications through digital platforms, town halls, newsletters, and intranet.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with our Purpose and build employee engagement across markets.
• Advise markets and business units to ensure consistent messaging group-wide.
• Create and distribute engaging content across multiple channels including email, videos, employee apps, and collaterals.
• Organise employee engagement activities that foster belonging.
