Job Description

We are seeking a technically hands-on and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on application implementation, enhancement, lifecycle management, application support. This hybrid role also carries a secondary responsibility for providing End-User Computing (EUC) support to VVIP users, offering exposure to C-Suite level service standards.

Ideal for someone early in their career, this position offers the opportunity to build deep capabilities in application project delivery while gaining valuable experience in stakeholder coordination and high-touch support environments.

Key Responsibilities: -

Primary Responsibilities Application Project Support & Technical Coordination

  • Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications (SaaS, in-house, or off-the-shelf) across departments.
  • Work with business users, vendors, and internal teams to collect and validate system requirements.
  • Support the coordination of project activities such as planning, progress tracking, testing, and deployment under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help prepare documentation including project schedules, meeting minutes, issue logs, and status updates.
  • Assist in managing application testing processes, including coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and consolidating feedback from users.
  • Monitor basic project risks and issues, escalating to senior project managers as required.
  • Ensure updates and deployments follow internal change management procedures and documentation standards.
  • Provide first-level application support to users, helping with basic troubleshooting or liaising with vendors for issue resolution.
  • Maintain records of application configurations, known issues, and standard operating procedures.

Secondary Responsibilities VVIP End-User Computing (EUC) Support

  • Provide dedicated and responsive IT support to VVIP users, focusing on ensuring a smooth and reliable workstation experience.
  • Assist with Windows laptop provisioning, including imaging, device configuration, and deployment for executive users.
  • Perform regular laptop patching and Windows updates to maintain system security, stability, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common productivity tool issues faced by VVIPs, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and related desktop applications.
  • Monitor and maintain workstation health, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent downtime.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of VVIP support activities, device configurations, and service histories.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in all interactions with senior leadership, ensuring service quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, application support, or end-user computing (EUC) roles.
  • Prior involvement in application rollout, testing coordination, or system enhancement projects is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting Windows-based environments, especially troubleshooting issues related to laptops, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office 365.

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of application lifecycle management and IT project methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Excel, or Jira.
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, patching, endpoint updates, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, mobile devices setup).
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Automate, UiPath are preferred.
  • Exposure to IT support tools and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune) is a plus.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
