Job description

What the role is:

You drive MINDEF/SAF digitalisation efforts in strategic planning and transformational performance management at the functional domains to advance MINDEF/SAF digital maturity.

What you will be working on:

- Explore and propose innovative digital ecosystems
- Accelerate agile and quality capability delivery, as well as potential digital use cases that will strategically change business models, structures, and processes
- Research latest digital innovations
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to explore, propose, and develop innovative solutions that provide greater value for management
- Plan the funding to support these projects

What we are looking for:

- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate planning, organisation development, innovation, project management, project delivery, or capabilities development roadmap planning (applicants with no experience may apply)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of IT systems capabilities
- Strong team player mindset
- Must be proactive, analytical, and customer-oriented
