Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a dynamic Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide digital, AI initiatives, and transformation programs. You will support strategic planning, executive communications, and organizational change across the group.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in strategy, with strong stakeholder management and exceptional presentation skills. You will translate complex ideas into clear executive materials and drive alignment across business and technology

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager to strategize and drive enterprise-wide digital, AI, strategic initiatives, and change programs across the organization. This role will support strategic planning, executive communications and organizational change efforts.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise strategy, innovation, transformation, or related roles, with strong stakeholder management capabilities, and exceptional strategic presentation skills. This role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and translate complex ideas into clear, impactful executive presentations and actionable transformation plans.

Strategy, Transformation & AI Innovation

• Conduct strategic analysis, organizational assessments, ideation sessions, and strategy formulation to identify transformation opportunities, define strategic priorities, and shape innovative AI and digital initiatives
• Strategize, drive, and support the execution of digital transformation and AI programs focused on improving employee productivity, ways of working, digital adoption, and operational efficiency
• Evaluate emerging AI, automation, and digital technologies while monitoring industry and technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Executive Communications & Strategic Presentations

• Develop high-quality executive presentations and materials with clear and compelling narrative
• Translate complex business, operational and technology topics into concise and impactful executive communications
• Support leadership discussions, strategic workshops, and stakeholder engagements

Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, execution, and adoption of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization
• Support organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication efforts to enable successful implementation of digital tools, platforms, and new ways of working
• Coordinate and track progress of strategic initiatives across business and technology teams

Skills To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise strategy, innovation, transformation, or related fields
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive presentation skills with the ability to create clear, insightful, and visually compelling strategy materials
• Prior experience in a management consulting firm is strongly preferred
• Experience working closely with senior executives or leadership teams and proven ability to independently develop presentations and material for senior executives
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or enterprise change efforts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership teams
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, digital transformation, or emerging technology trends
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills
• Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and adaptability
