Job description

What The Role Is

You will be a key member of the competency development and engagement team to drive the development of MINDEF's digital and data capabilities by shaping our community of practitioners through impactful learning and engagement initiatives.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Develop digital and data learning plans
  • Create learning artefacts to address development gaps
  • Implement behavioural change interventions
  • Build Business Digitalisation and IT (BDIT) workforce communities
  • Facilitate exchanges of expertise, experience and best practices through events
  • Create awareness of organisation-level digital transformation efforts and plans
  • Devise measurements to gauge the effectiveness of these initiatives


Challenge(s)

  • Managing diverse responsibilities from planning to implementation
  • Maintaining expertise across both Digital and Data domains


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years experience in learning strategy, organisational development or communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in workforce learning and development
  • Skills in planning and implementing engagement initiatives
  • Understanding of Whole-of-Government ICT&SS environment
  • Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management
  • Proficiency in digital content creation
