What The Role Is

You support the sustainability of developed Pro-code products and play an important role in managing the product's operational stability, regulatory compliance and overall performance.

What You Will Be Working On

1. Manage Pro-Code product's operational stability, regulatory compliance and overall performance including attendant requirements in vendor management.
2. Address system updates arising from changes in product features and hosting infrastructure.
3. Manage service delivery requests and collaborate with external entities to develop technical proposals in accordance with sustainment requirements.

Challenge(s)

1. Understanding MINDEF IT compliance policies.
2. Collaborating closely with external entities via various professional capacities.

What We Are Looking For

1. Education in Computer Science, IT management, Cyber Security and/or development/data related certifications or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity or systems operations.
3. Experience working in a government regulated environment is advantageous.

Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
