Job summary

What the role is:

You manage the implementation of MINDEF's defence technology security policies to safeguard Singapore's defence and security interests.

What you will be working on:

- Implement MINDEF's defence technology security policies
- Examine defence systems and technologies to assess transfer impacts
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies
- Carry out technical assessments of defence equipment and technologies related to non-proliferation and export controls
- Conduct analytical studies related to the job
Challenges:
- Keeping abreast of developments in strategic issues and current affairs related to export control and non-proliferation

What we are looking for:

- Education in a Technical or Scientific field
- Prior experience and knowledge in defence-related work and/or export control is advantageous
- Good communication and writing skills
