What The Role Is
You collate and analyse feedback to identify trends and uncover insights of the issues raised and produce analysis reports for management’s awareness. As part of the efforts to drive Human Resource (HR) administration excellence, you work with partner agencies to address issues and pain-points.
What You Will Be Working On
- Collate feedback from multiple channels
- Analyse data to identify systemic issues
- Produce regular analysis reports
- Make recommendations to address concerns
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders
- Monitor feedback trends
- Identify policy-related issues
