Job description

As a Manager in the Resource Policy Division at Workforce Singapore (WSG), you will support the management of WSG’s blacklist, assist in tech-solutioning & system upgrade while WSG operationalise the new (refreshed) blacklist policy. You are also expected to provide data and administrative support to the Data Analysis and Review team, including identification of data sources, conduct data cleaning, managing essential documentation and maintenance of blacklist records to ensure proper audit trail, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

As a Manager in the Resource Policy Division at Workforce Singapore (WSG), you will support the management of WSG’s blacklist, assist in tech-solutioning & system upgrade while WSG operationalise the new (refreshed) blacklist policy. You are also expected to provide data and administrative support to the Data Analysis and Review team, including identification of data sources, conduct data cleaning, managing essential documentation and maintenance of blacklist records to ensure proper audit trail, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the tracking and coordination work related to tech-solutioning and system development to operationalise WSG's new (refreshed) blacklist policy
  • Support system configuration requirements for Beneficiaries Eligibility Checks Systems (BECS) enhancements to enable more robust blacklist screening processes
  • Support and assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all users requirements are met prior to the final acceptance/sign off
  • Assist to update and maintain the blacklist master-list to ensure only legitimate entry onto the blacklist master-file
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of the blacklist management SOPs, including attending to queries and clarifications received
  • Liaise and collate the review of non-compliance cases
  • Coordinate with divisions to obtain programme data and support in data cleaning work
  • Providing general routine/administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and minute-taking, and assisting the Resource Policy Division with other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous with attention to details; prior experience in system development and data analysis would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good mastery in business processes and previous experience in working closely with IT team would be an added advantage
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
