Customer Success Manager, Dynamic Yield

Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is seeking a “dynamic” Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is a critical link between our sophisticated software and client satisfaction. Our customers rely on understanding and optimizing Dynamic Yield products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate understands on-site optimization, digital execution, and can synthesize testing data to help clients achieve their business goals.

Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and program management skills are essential. Success Managers act as the connector between internal teams and client expectations. Creative, critical thinkers, problem solvers, and excellent communicators will excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in operationalizing onsite testing and personalization, creating expert-level personalization strategies to surpass onsite business goals
  • Promote adoption of the Dynamic Yield solution and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure appropriate resources are allocated internally and externally to meet project and customer expectations
  • Regularly review program status with clients via calls, presentations, or onsite meetings
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and their personalization programs
  • Advise clients on product features, functionality, and onboarding best practices
  • Translate the value of Dynamic Yield through personalization and testing data
  • Analyze data and recommend strategies to drive value

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in digital consulting or analytics
  • Experience with Fortune 1000 clients as a Customer Success Manager preferred
  • B.A./B.S. in an analytical, economic, or business discipline
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, website conversion tactics, and strategy
  • Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B testing tools
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end testing processes
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, CRO, and website personalization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work in ambiguous environments
  • Empathy and understanding of customer needs
  • Passion for customer success and business transformation
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
