Job Purpose
This role is positioned within the regional Distribution & Strategy PMO to ensure structured delivery, monitoring, and governance of customer growth-related programs across Asia Pacific. It plays a facilitative role in aligning regional objectives with global initiatives and local market execution, focusing on program discipline, interdepartmental coordination, and performance tracking across customer-related priorities
What you do
Program Governance & Execution Oversight
- Serve as the PMO lead for customer-related regional initiatives, including Growth Triathlon, NPS, and high-profile partnership activations (e.g. Olympics).
- Establish program timelines, milestones, and reporting frameworks; ensure execution updates are regularly consolidated from local markets and global teams.
- Maintain structured oversight over project interdependencies across functions(distribution, product, digital,marketing, customer office).
Planning, Forecasting & Dashboard Management
- Coordinate inputs for customer KPIs and projections in collaboration with operating entities and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end management of customer performance dashboards, ensuring precision in reporting, version control, and scheduled dissemination to senior stakeholders.
- Provide consolidated customer growth content to the Office of the Regional CFO to support the annual Planning Dialogue cycle and strategic reviews.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Entity Alignment
- Act as a liaison across global, regional, and local teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment on objectives, and timely issue resolution
- Track follow-through actions on key customer programs across markets, ensuring updates are aligned with expectations.
Customer Lifecycle & Experience Enablement
- Support OE teams in embedding customer lifecycle enhancements into their strategic roadmaps by organizing planning workshops, synthesizing insights, and surfacing regional trends
- Coordinate regional PMO support for NPS implementation and follow-up actions;monitor execution progress and outcomes via defined PMO reporting cycles.
Event & Vendor Coordination (as required)
- Support execution logistics for customer-related events and global brand partnerships by working with Allianz Group teams, external vendors, and local market coordinators.
What you bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, PMO, or strategy execution role
- Prior exposure to customer experience, distribution, or marketing domains preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to synthesize multi-source inputs into clear reporting format
- Skilled in project planning tools, stakeholder mapping, and risk tracking
- Regional or multi-country coordination experience an advantage
- AI-skills e.g. ChatGPT and (Microsoft) Copilot are desirable
