Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including document filing, data entry, record keeping, and correspondence handling.
  • Manage membership applications, renewals, and maintain an updated membership database.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of association events, meetings, and seminars.
  • Support communication efforts, including preparing newsletters, announcements, and website or social media updates.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from members and stakeholders promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with association policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
