Job summary

UOB invites an experienced Credit Compliance professional in Singapore to lead credit control and loan operations, ensuring adherence to policy and reviewing disbursement requests across multiple systems.

You will support data integrity, collaborate with stakeholders, and help manage risk while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in credit control and at least 5 years of operations experience in company loan operations.
• Must be responsible, committed and diligent. Good team player.
• Able to work under pressure especially when deadlines are tight.
• Able to work late to cope with increased volume and must be fast and meticulous.
• Good PC skills (MS Office - Advance Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
• Good Interpersonal & Communications skills
• Project and system management skills required
