Job Responsibilities

  • Together with Associate Director, Creative Content, you will articulate the creative strategy for Marina Bay Sands and ensure cohesive expression across all projects.

  • Work alongside a team of designers, writers and account managers to build inspiring creative and editorial output that reinforces key brand messages.

  • You will participate in brief conception, storyboarding, and on-set art direction for shoots and campaigns.

  • Serve as creative thought leader and subject matter expert to functional teams and key stakeholders to drive creative & content strategy across channels and media.

  • Specific to relevant campaigns, you will support with the creation of a full funnel creative framework and strategic communications plan that brings to life the potential of a concept.

  • Manage the planning and execution of creative content across channels ensuring touchpoint consistency and full breath of cross functional alignment and visibility.

  • Support the planning of branded asset and editorial content calendars.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitive landscapes and translate them into new ideas that drive relevancy to the business and in the category.

  • In partnership with Brand team leadership, you will play a key role in driving the brand’s identity and creative output across various channels, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, digital, editorial, social media, and CRM.

  • You will be responsible for delivering, enforcing and unlocking the brand’s personality, partnering with internal teams to bring our brand and creative vision to life.

  • Recognize opportunities to grow and shape the brand through partnerships and collaborations with partners and talent that align with our brand vision.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor Degree in related field preferred

Experience

  • At least 5-7 year’s experience with an brand organization or as a brand consultant, or related field preferred

Other Prerequisites

  • Extensive experience in conceptual creative work, art direction or editorial in a mid to senior role.

  • Demonstrable portfolio with a broad range of creative projects across 360 campaign ecosystems (brand campaigns, influencer, activations, moving images, digital content, motion graphics, print, and social campaigns)

  • Experience developing targeted creative across multiple markets (e.g., experience in Asia, the US, UK and other non-English markets in the region)

  • Understanding of digital asset production at scale, post-production workflows, and technical requirements of digital marketing assets (e.g., video formats, email templates, quality standards)

  • Advanced technical skill set, including graphic design, typography, art direction, moving images and software fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD etc.)

  • Strong communications and presentation skills, including the ability to lead a concept presentation and explain the reasoning behind a creative approach.

  • Experience leading creative ideation and execution for global or luxury brands and company-wide initiatives.

  • Aesthetically inclined, creative flair and originality.
