You oversee a National Service (NS) training system.

What you will be working on

  • Ensure proper governance and implementation of NSmen training and administration
  • Drive NS Human Resource (HR) administration and succession planning
  • Oversee feedback management and communication to NSmen
  • Organise cohesion activities for NSmen
  • Manage the overall NS training system within the Formation
  • Maintaining strong composure and clarity of thought while handling heavy workload
